How to Use:

1. Hot therapy – Boiling water – Bring the water to boil, Remove water from heat source. Never immerse Gel Pack while water is being heated. Immerse Gel Pack in hot water for 4-10 minutes. Carefully check the Gel Pack for any signs of possible rupture or leakage (discard if pack leaks).Carefully check for desired temperature. If Gel Pack is too hot allow to cool before applying. Once the desired temperature has been achieved the pack is ready for use. Microwave – Place the gel pack in the microwave for 30-40 seconds on high power (600 W). Carefully check for desired temperature. If Gel Pack is too hot allow to cool before applying. If Gel Pack is not hot enough, microwave for additional 10 second intervals, until a safe and desired temperature is reached. Knead Gel Pack to distribute heat evenly.

2. Cold therapy – Place Gel Pack flat in freezer for at least 2 hours for the first time use (for repeat treatments place pack in freezer for 30 minutes).
